What We Sell

Mocksky sells digital eBooks and PDF study material. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the eBook page, and payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Mock tests and other free content on Mocksky do not involve any payment.

Delivery

Your eBook is delivered instantly. The download starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the eBook stays linked to your Mocksky account, so you can download it again at any time by logging in and opening the eBook page.

Cancellation

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed. If you change your mind before paying, simply close the payment window and you will not be charged.

Refunds

As eBooks are digital products that can be downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds once an eBook has been successfully delivered to your account. We will give you a full refund in these cases:

• Money was deducted from your account but the eBook was not unlocked for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same eBook.
• The file you received is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to send you a working copy.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mocksky.com within 7 days of your payment, or use our Contact Us page. Please include the email address of your Mocksky account, the eBook name, and your payment ID or a screenshot of the payment.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) and usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
